Online counselling provides the same quality of support as in-person therapy but takes place conveniently via videoconference. We use the same therapeutic techniques, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment even at a distance.

Much like traditional counselling, Online Counselling is a therapeutic conversation with a professional counsellor. It’s a space where you can bring up aspects of your life you find troubling.
Through Online Counselling, you can begin to work through thoughts and feelings that may be getting in the way of living a happy and productive life.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR ONLINE SESSION
Online counselling is a video conference session. We will arrange a time that works for both of us and will talk using Google Meets, the camera, and the microphone on our devices.
You will join the conference by clicking on a link that will be sent shortly before the session.
To get the most out of the online session, set up a quiet and comfortable place where you can be alone and your need for privacy is respected.
Please note that I work according to the AWST time zone.
