WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT A SESSION?

Life Transitions Counselling typically involves conversation. I offer active and compassionate listening, or we can be present together with or without talking if that is what you need.

We will spend your first session discussing your worries and what you would like to achieve.

I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy and Therapy in the Park, which may suit those who are happier outdoors.

Would you like to get a feel for my approach? I offer a free 15-minute video chat.
